Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Evandale, Ohio
Employment Type: 6 to 8 month contract
Compensation: $24 to $28 per hour
Client: New External Hiring / Onboarding
Responsibilities:
Offer support for new hires including relocation questionnaires in Workday, providing costing information, and completing I-9s
Partner with the global mobility team to manage Permanent Residency requests
Coordinate internal promotions by sending communications, aggregating nominations, and scheduling reviews with EB leaders
Manage HR Services escalations by submitting tickets and following up with COE contacts
Maintain and clean up People Leader distribution architecture in partnership with Comms; use reports to target the right audience
Support new managers by creating supervisory orgs and coaching on moving team members in Workday
Assist with headcount management by aggregating and reporting data
Set up and potentially facilitate New Manager Assimilations
Prepare presentations and follow-up materials for People Leader Connect sessions
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required
Experience: Ideally 3–5 years in a similar HR role
Software Knowledge: Workday experience preferred but not required
Tools/Equipment: No specific tools or equipment required
