Accounting Clerk

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Delray Beach, FL. This is a 100% onsite, temp-to-perm opportunity for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with high-volume invoice processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Perform data entry and maintain records in NetSuite.
• Verify invoice details, match purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with vendor inquiries and ensure timely payments.
• Support month-end closing and other accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of accounting or AP experience (high-volume invoice processing preferred).
• Proficiency in NetSuite (required).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time, onsite in Delray Beach, FL.
• Temp-to-perm opportunity with growth potential.
• Pay range: $22–$24/hr, based on experience.
