LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a company near Deerfield on a search for a staff accountant. This is a hybrid role and direct hire. This role will support the accounting team with month end close activities. They are looking for someone with a Bachelors degree in Accounting and a minimum of 1 year of experience in an accountant role.

Responsibilities:

Prepare journal entries

Reconcile balance sheet accounts

Manage and update fixed assets

General ledger analysis

Sales and use tax

Support internal and external audits

Budgets and P&L analysis

Assist with financial reports and statements

Requirements:

Bachelors in Accounting

1 year experience in an accountant role

Excellent communication skills

Ability to produce quality work while meeting deadlines

Analytical mindset
