System Administration & Configuration

  • Maintain and configure HRIS modules including Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Benefits, Payroll, Compensation, and Talent Management.

  • Support end‑to‑end system updates, enhancements, testing (UAT), and troubleshooting.

  • Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and releases.

  • Manage business processes, permissions/security roles, and integration workflows.

    Data Management & Auditing


  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of employee data through routine audits and validation checks.

  • Research data anomalies, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.

  • Manage mass uploads, EIBs, or batch imports as needed.

    Reporting & Analytics


  • Develop, maintain, and deliver standard and custom reports (turnover, headcount, DEI metrics, compensation, compliance, etc.).

  • Build dashboards using tools such as Workday Report Writer, ADP Reporting, Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP), or BI platforms.

  • Support leadership with ad‑hoc data requests.

    Cross‑Functional Support


  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT to solve operational challenges.

  • Serve as the HRIS subject matter expert for HR team members and stakeholders.

  • Support cyclical processes: open enrollment, merit cycles, performance reviews, and annual reporting.

  • Provide training and documentation to end users on system functionality and best practices.

    Compliance & Process Improvement


  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations through accurate data management and documentation.

  • Support audits related to payroll, benefits, tax, or internal controls.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and recommend system-driven solutions.



Pay Details: $45.00 to $55.00 per hour
