Our client, a dynamic and growing organization in Cleveland, OH (Willoughby area), is seeking a Client Relations Coordinator to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring smooth account operations in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients, handling quotes and resolving issues promptly via email with some phone follow up.

  • Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and other client-facing documents with accuracy and professionalism.

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions within internal systems.

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requests and overall satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in client services, account coordination, or a similar office-based role.

  • Experience preparing quotes or proposals preferred

  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with a customer-first mindset.

  • Comfort with technology and ability to learn new systems quickly.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Positive attitude and collaborative approach to problem-solving.



Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
