Job Summary:
LHH is currently recruiting for a client in the Charlotte marketing. The law firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Estate & Wealth Planning Paralegal to provide support in estate administration, tax documentation, and strategic planning for high-net-worth clients. This role requires a strong understanding of estate law, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Job Responsibilities:
Draft and prepare legal documents including estate and gift tax returns, probate filings, and estate planning forms.
Review, revise, and organize materials related to trust and estate administration.
Coordinate and attend client meetings, offering support and insight during planning discussions.
Assist in developing estate strategies through research and analysis.
Prepare and file court documents in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain compliance with professional ethics and confidentiality standards.
Collaborate with attorneys and team members on ongoing cases and special projects.
Regular in-person attendance is required to support team collaboration and client service.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven experience in estate administration, including preparation of complex federal estate and gift tax returns.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters simultaneously.
Solid understanding of estate planning principles and legal documentation.
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
