Job Summary:

LHH is currently recruiting for a client in the Charlotte marketing. The law firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Estate & Wealth Planning Paralegal to provide support in estate administration, tax documentation, and strategic planning for high-net-worth clients. This role requires a strong understanding of estate law, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare legal documents including estate and gift tax returns, probate filings, and estate planning forms.

  • Review, revise, and organize materials related to trust and estate administration.

  • Coordinate and attend client meetings, offering support and insight during planning discussions.

  • Assist in developing estate strategies through research and analysis.

  • Prepare and file court documents in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Maintain compliance with professional ethics and confidentiality standards.

  • Collaborate with attorneys and team members on ongoing cases and special projects.

  • Regular in-person attendance is required to support team collaboration and client service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Proven experience in estate administration, including preparation of complex federal estate and gift tax returns.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters simultaneously.

  • Solid understanding of estate planning principles and legal documentation.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $82,000.00 per year
