LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring for a Staff Accountant for our client in Casselberry, FL. This is an onsite, direct hire position.
Responsibilities
Perform accounting functions including:
- Managing general ledger activities including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Assisting with month/quarter/year end close
- Performing budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Reconciling and analyzing bank and balance sheet accounts
Experience
- Two to four years of full cycle accounting experience required
Skills/Knowledge
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (including Excel-VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and accounting software/ERP system knowledge required
Great multi-tasker, detail-oriented and deadline driven
Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, verbal and written communication skills
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
Work Hours/Salary
Monday-Friday - 40 hours per week
$65-70K
