We’re looking for a dynamic and detail‑driven Office Administrator to support one of our outstanding clients at their Buckhead Atlanta headquarters. This role is perfect for a hands-on professional who thrives in an energetic environment and enjoys keeping operations running smoothly, partnering with leadership, and creating an organized, positive workplace experience.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, including facilities management, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
Act as the go‑to contact for employees, guests, and external partners.
Coordinate executive calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with travel logistics.
Manage office budgets, track expenses, and process invoices accurately and on time.
Maintain and update office policies to support efficiency, compliance, and smooth operations.
Support new hire onboarding and provide administrative assistance for HR‑related activities.
Organize internal events, celebrations, and team‑building initiatives.
Ensure the office remains clean, safe, and welcoming for all employees and visitors.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in office management or administrative support.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with office management tools or systems.
Trusted to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Preferred Skills
Experience partnering with or supporting C‑suite leaders.
Comfort with budgeting, expense tracking, or basic accounting.
Understanding of HR processes, workflows, or systems.
