We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support a high‑volume customer support operation in Blue Ash, OH (sitting onsite). This role is ideal for individuals who excel in fast‑paced environments, enjoy problem‑solving, and are dedicated to creating positive customer experiences. You will handle inbound customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and work with internal teams to ensure customers receive accurate and timely assistance.

This position will sit onsite Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM

Responsibilities

  • Support inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate, helpful information while maintaining high service standards.

  • Manage escalated issues professionally and ensure they are resolved within established policies and timelines.

  • Conduct inbound and outbound communication, including callbacks and follow‑ups, to maintain service levels and support queue performance.

  • Take ownership of customer issues and work with internal departments and external partners to resolve concerns efficiently.

  • Utilize strong problem‑solving and negotiation skills to resolve issues within role guidelines and escalate when appropriate.

Job Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service experience; call center experience preferred but not required

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Reliable, detail‑oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced environment

  • Comfortable handling a high volume of inquiries and resolving complex customer issues



Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
