About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our manufacturing team in Anaheim. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leading accounting operations with precision and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger

• Prepare and review journal entries for month-end and year-end close

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting in compliance with GAAP

• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies

• Lead and mentor a small team of accounting staff

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support operational goals

• Assist with audits, tax filings, and internal controls

• Communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English with internal teams and external partners

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing

• Strong experience in preparing and reviewing journal entries

• Supervisory experience strongly preferred

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite)

• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting

• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
