As part of their expansion plans, they are seeking an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their esteemed Corporate Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to engage with high-quality, complex transactions from day one, serving a diverse client base that includes local businesses, regional enterprises, and national household brands.
The Role:
We are looking for a Corporate Associate with 4-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to manage an engaging and varied caseload. In this role, you will:
- Advise clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements.
- Manage your own caseload while providing support to senior team members on larger transactions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery at all times.
- Actively participate in business development and marketing initiatives to help grow the firm's presence.
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 4-6 years of PQE in corporate law.
- A strong academic background with solid technical expertise.
- Excellent client care and interpersonal skills.
- Strong business development acumen, with a proven ability to generate new business and nurture existing relationships.
- An established network of referrers or the capability to bring clients would be highly advantageous.
- The ability to work autonomously while also being a collaborative team player.
