About the Role:

As part of our Residential Property team, you will provide expert legal advice on a range of non-contentious issues, including:

• Sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Voluntary first registrations
• Lease extensions

Our collaborative approach encourages team members to share knowledge and support each other in achieving high client satisfaction. We operate electronically, promoting flexibility with remote work options while requiring in-office presence at least three days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on diverse residential property transactions
• Supervise and mentor junior team members
• Maintain the highest standards of client service
• Contribute positively to a vibrant team culture
• Stay updated on residential property trends and collaborate with colleagues
• Foster internal and external referral opportunities and engage in business development

About You:

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• 5+ years of post-qualification experience (CILEX or licenced Conveyancers welcome)
• Strong knowledge of residential property in the Reading area
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while guiding junior staff
• Excellent teamwork and client relationship skills
• Proficient technical and drafting capabilities
• Strong commercial awareness
