Key Responsibilities
As a Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will:
- Own and present the annual sales budget, evolving it into a rolling 12-month forecast.
- Create and enhance management reporting frameworks to highlight key insights and performance trends.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver accurate, timely, and actionable analysis.
- Build and optimise Power BI dashboards to empower data-driven decision-making.
- Lead financial input for tender processes, ensuring accuracy and performance tracking.
- Conduct in-depth analyses to identify opportunities, risks, and strategies for improvement.
- Develop and monitor KPIs and scorecards to drive accountability and performance.
- Work with IT to automate reporting processes for greater efficiency.
- Serve as a trusted commercial advisor to senior management, influencing strategy and margin growth.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Commercial or Finance Business Partner in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and modelling skills, with the ability to translate data into insightful narratives.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence senior leaders.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for delivering value.
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred.
