LHH is excited to be supporting one of their long-standing clients based in Sussex as they look for a creative, organised and people‑focused Projects & Communications professional to join their brilliant People team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves designing presentations, coordinating projects, analysing data and bringing ideas to life and previous HR experience is not required.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating People/HR projects and keeping timelines, actions and documentation on track
- Managing and analysing people data, turning insight into meaningful reports
- Creating high‑impact PowerPoint decks, visuals and communications for the team
- Organising meetings, preparing project materials and supporting delivery
- Working collaboratively with a supportive, friendly and high‑performing People team
The successful candidate will have:
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Experience coordinating projects or supporting cross‑functional initiatives
- Strong data/reporting confidence
- Creative eye for design and clear communication
- Positive, energetic, collaborative team player
- Someone who thrives on variety, coordination and making things happen
