This well-established and forward-thinking Top 200 legal practice is expanding its Residential Property team. The firm has a reputation for delivering high-quality residential conveyancing services and is committed to supporting the growth and development of its people.
The role offers the opportunity to manage a varied and complex caseload, with hybrid working options once fully established in the team. Occasional travel and out-of-hours work will be required for client meetings, networking, and training purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to colleagues where required.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, third parties, and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements to protect both clients and the business.
Required Experience:
Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive with demonstrable experience in residential conveyancing.
Proven ability to handle complex transactions and resolve technical issues, including title defects.
Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
Confident in the use of MS Office and case management systems.
