The Role

Reporting to the HR Director, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and delivering key HR initiatives across Learning & Development, Recruitment, Retention, Reward, Employee Engagement, and Diversity & Inclusion. • Champion Inclusion: Gather, analyse, and report on Diversity & Inclusion data, ensuring every voice is heard and valued.

About You

  • Experience: At least 5 years' broad HR experience, ideally CIPD qualified.
  • Expertise: Strong background in L&D, Recruitment, Retention, and Reward.
  • Relationship Builder: Skilled at developing trusted partnerships across all levels.
  • Innovator: Keen to explore and implement AI-driven HR solutions.
  • Organised & Results-Focused: Excellent planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Safety & Quality Mindset: Always striving for excellence while prioritising wellbeing and safe working practices.
  • Education: Degree-level qualification (or equivalent). Insights accreditation desirable but not essential.
