Location: Wiltshire and Somerset (hybrid & flexible working)
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 + excellent benefits

The Role
A fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and expanding Corporate Department. You'll work closely with a highly regarded Partner (City-trained) and handle a broad range of corporate matters for a varied client base - from family businesses to large commercial organisation
Work Types
Acquisitions and disposals (shares, business and assets)
Restructures and management buyouts
Shareholder and joint venture agreements
Corporate governance and company matters
Recent work includes major land sales for development, multi-million-pound share deals, and business transfers for local authorities and growing regional companies.
